MPs warn MoD spending is over-optimistic

MPs say the cost of the Ministry of Defence's 15 biggest projects rose by almost £500m last year.

It warned public spending cuts may make planned increases in the equipment budget from 2015 unrealistic, as Caroline Wyatt reports.
