Occupy demonstrator stands by protest rights
Protesters have been refused permission to appeal against orders to evict their camp outside St Paul's Cathedral.
Occupy London challenged the High Court's decision which found the City of London Corporation's action to evict the camp was "lawful and justified".
The decision of the three Court of Appeal judges to refuse the application means the corporation is now free to evict them.
Outside the High Court, protester George Barda told journalists "the interests of billions of people... that are beginning to feel this hit of austerity have not been taken account in this decision".
