Home Secretary: Abu Qatada talks 'positive'

Home Secretary Theresa May has said talks in Jordan over the deportation of Abu Qatada have been positive.

A UK judge ended Abu Qatada's six-year detention after the European Court of Human Rights blocked his deportation to the country last month.

The BBC's Gordon Corera says the fact that the British home secretary is in Jordan is a sign of just how keen the Government is to resolve this.
