Afghan operation must continue, says defence secretary

British operations in Afghanistan will continue despite the deaths of six British personnel in Afghanistan, the defence secretary has said.

Philip Hammond said the deadly roadside attack would not shake the resolve to see through the mission in Afghanistan.
