New evidence emerges of A4e alleged fraud

New evidence has emerged about allegations of fraud at the jobs and training agency A4e.

The evidence is contained in an internal report, seen by the BBC's Newsnight.

A4e, which is already being investigated by the Department for Work and Pensions, has always denied it had widespread problems.
