999 operator helps woman give birth to baby girl
A mother from Liverpool gave birth to her baby daughter when she was alone in her house with the help of a 999 operator.
Claire Callaghan, 34, went into labour two weeks early and Sarah Watkins from North West ambulance service answered her call for help.
BBC Radio 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire spoke to them both and played clips of the crucial phone call.
