Historic rambler protest marked 80 years on

Eighty years ago hundreds of hikers staged a mass trespass on Kinder Scout in Derbyshire.

Several of those present were jailed for their actions but the event is widely hailed as the most significant in the battle for the right to roam.

This week there will be a number of celebrations to mark the event including a re-enactment of that famous walk.
