Leveson Inquiry: Murdoch 'victim of cover-up'

Rupert Murdoch said he regrets being "victim to a cover-up" at the News of the World over phone-hacking.

He also said he was guilty of not having paid enough attention to the Sunday newspaper during the whole time he owned it.
