Radical cleric Abu Qatada seeks bail release

Lawyers for radical Jordanian cleric Abu Qatada will return to court on Monday to argue he should be released from prison on bail.

The 51-year-old is being held in a high-security prison while he fights deportation to Jordan where he faces a retrial for plotting bomb attacks.
