How to handle most complained-about adverts

The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has released a list of the most complained-about adverts in the UK of all time.

A 2005 Kentucky Fried Chicken advert featuring call centre workers singing with their mouths full drew a record 1,671 complaints.

Most complainants feared it could encourage bad manners among children; an objection rejected by the ASA.

The ASA's chief executive Guy Parker told BBC Breakfast that most current complaints are about misleading information on company websites.
