Prisoner's wife says inmates should not have sex

The first ever independent review has begun into sexual relationships in prisons in England and Wales.

The Howard League for Penal Reform is examining the extent of sexual offending behind bars and looking into whether inmates should be allowed conjugal visits.

BBC Radio 5 live Breakfast asked 'Julie' (not her real name) whose husband has been in prison for ten years what she made of the review.
