Former medallist Moorhouse on Shiwen Ye doping row

The Chinese swimmer who won gold in the women's 400m individual medley on Saturday has denied using banned substances.

Ye Shiwen, 16, beat the world record by more than a second and John Leonard, a leading US coach, said her performance was "disturbing".

Adrian Moorhouse, who won gold in the 100m breaststroke in 1988, told 5 liveBreakfast that her age could be a significant factor.
