Paralympic torch relay visits Houses of Parliament
The Paralympic torch has been carried through Parliament by Roy Kerwin and Alan Richardson.
The supermarket delivery drivers were both responsible for heroic acts whilst at work.
Mr Kerwin saved the life of a woman who had been crushed by a car and Mr Richardson helped an elderly customer who had suffered from a stroke.
Earlier, a ceremonial cauldron was been lit in London's Trafalgar Square to launch the Paralympic torch relay.
