Ed Balls: Economy not working for working people

The shadow chancellor Ed Balls has said that a future Labour government may introduce a wealth tax on high-priced properties to safeguard the NHS and provide money for investment in the economy.

Speaking to The World At One's Shaun Ley Mr Balls said that "the economy is not working for working people".

And he added: "There's a place for redistribution, there's a place for action now to kick-start this economy."
