Hoy sports gold medals on Olympic victory float

Hundreds of British Olympic and Paralympic athletes have set off on a victory parade through central London.

Thousands of spectators are lining the route of the parade, the day after the end of the London 2012 Paralympics.

Sir Chris Hoy was one of those Olympic athletes and he was sporting his two gold medals.
