Kate photos of 'no public interest'
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have said they will take legal action against the publisher of the French magazine which printed photographs of a topless Duchess sunbathing at a private chateau.
Media law consultant David Banks told the BBC the penalties faced would be low in comparison to some of the privacy cases seen in the UK.
PR consultant Max Clifford said he hoped the couple's legal action would put off other magazine editors and members of the paparazzi from making similar decisions about their coverage of the royals.
