April Jones: Police must lead April search says MP

MP Glyn Davies has said that police "must take the lead" in the search for missing 5-year-old April Jones, despite the frustrations of local people who feel they want to help.

Speaking to the BBC's Tim Willcox, Mr Davies said that there was a sense of shock and disbelief in the local community.

April vanished from Machynlleth in mid Wales at 19:00 BST on Monday.

Dyfed-Powys Police have asked anyone with information to contact a dedicated hotline on 0300 2000 333.
