Police commissioner elections: Govt publicity campaign

On Saturday, the Government launches an advertising campaign to publicise elections for new police commissioners.

The controversial position will replace police authorities which currently hold forces to account.

Voting outside London in England and Wales takes place next month, as the BBC's Mike Sergeant reports.
