David Cameron has promised to crack down on 'time-wasting'

David Cameron has promised to crack down on "time-wasting" caused by the "massive growth industry" in legal challenges to government policy.

In his address to the CBI conference in London the prime minister told business leaders that action must be taken to speed up decision-making.

Labour said government decision-making was a "shambles", with ministers unable to decide on major policies.
