Leveson calls for new press regulation body

The Leveson Inquiry into press standards has accused some newspapers of wreaking "havoc" with the lives of innocent people and recklessly "prioritising sensational stories".

Lord Justice Leveson has called for a new body, backed by law, to be set up to regulate the industry.

He has been delivering the recommendations of his 8-month inquiry, which was set up in the wake of the phone hacking scandal.
