Royal nurse hoax: No laws broken, says Australian CEO

The chief executive of the Australian radio station which broadcast a prank call about the hospital treatment of the Duchess of Cambridge has said the two DJs involved are "completely shattered".

Rhys Holleran said the death of the nurse who took the call had been a tragic incident. The show has been taken off air for the time being.
