Grant Shapps: 'You can't spend same money twice'

Labour has been accused of trying to "spend the same money twice" after the party vowed to guarantee a job for the long-term unemployed if the party returns to power.

Speaking to the BBC, Conservative chairman Grant Shapps also suggested that if Labour should help the unemployed by backing plans to limit benefit spending so that "a job will always pay more".
