Discrimination decision by European court 'regrettable'
The European Court of Human Rights has ruled that a former British Airways employee suffered discrimination at work because of her religious beliefs.
The court rejected the cases of three others who also brought claims against their employers.
One of those was Gary McFarlane, who lost his job as a counsellor at Relate, because he said providing sex therapy advice for gay couples conflicted with his Christian beliefs.
Speaking to the BBC's Simon McCoy, Mr McFarlane called the court's decision "a regrettable situation".
