Europe court Christian discrimination cases are 'divisive'

The European Court of Human Rights has ruled that a former British Airways employee suffered discrimination at work because of her religious beliefs.

The court rejected the cases of three others who also brought claims against their employers.

Andrew Copson is the chief executive of the British Humanist Association. He says that the court has made the correct decision in all four cases, but that they should never have got as far as the European court in the first place.
