Abu Qatada: This is not end of road, says Brokenshire
The government has lost the latest stage of its long running legal battle to deport the radical Muslim cleric, Abu Qatada.
The Court of Appeal upheld a ruling that he should not be sent back to Jordan because he might not receive a fair trial.
Home Office Minister James Brokenshire said it was not "the end of the road" in the long running case.
