Abu Qatada: Government appeal bid rejected
The government has suffered yet another blow in its legal battle to deport the terror suspect Abu Qatada.
The Court of Appeal has refused to allow the Home Secretary to take the matter to the Supreme Court.
Previous attempts to return the Muslim cleric to Jordan have been refused on the grounds he would not receive a fair trial in Jordan.
