Schoolboy makes awesome Iron Man costume

A schoolboy in Hertfordshire has made an Iron Man suit that's getting the movies' fans excited.

Seventeen-year-old Archie spent 300 hours creating the costume for a school technology project.

Archie taught himself how to make it out of fibreglass and foam and now says it's inspired him to work in costume design when he's older.

The suit is so realistic that Iron Man fans have been asking him to make replica suits for them too.
