Oxford grooming case: Council chief 'incredibly sorry'

The chief executive of Oxfordshire County Council has insisted she will not resign after the abuse of young girls in the Oxford area.

However, Joanna Simons admitted to Newsnight that the council and others "take enormous responsibility for what's happened".

On Tuesday, seven members of a sex grooming ring were found guilty of offences including the rape and exploitation of girls aged from 11 to 15.
