'An air traffic controller is very precise'

With a great debate over airport capacity underway, the Today programme's Evan Davis went down to Swanwick in Hampshire to NATS, the National Air Traffic Control Service, to see how it works and to ask if planes are routed differently to avoid the traffic jams and reduce noise below?

First broadcast on BBC Radio 4's Today programme on Thursday 6 June 2013.
