Myleene Klass: G8 leaders cannot ignore rally message

Thousands of people have gathered at Hyde Park in London calling on the G8 group of wealthy countries to do more to help tackle global hunger.

The rally, organised by the Enough Food For Everyone "If" campaign, is featuring speeches from Microsoft founder Bill Gates and former Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams.

The musician and TV presenter Myleene Klass, who is supporting the campaign, told BBC News that witnessing how some people in the world go hungry made a profound impact on her.
