Abu Qatada deportation good news, says Theresa May
Radical cleric Abu Qatada has been deported from the UK to Jordan to stand trial on terrorism charges.
Home Secretary Theresa May told the BBC's Marr Show she was "pleased" the deportation had gone through.
She said it was now important to make changes to the law to enable much faster deportation in the future.
"I was deeply frustrated how long it took," she said.
