Guard of honour for Lee Rigby cortege

Soldiers, veterans and members of the public formed a guard of honour as the body of Lee Rigby was escorted to his regiment's garrison church.

The Greater Manchester soldier, of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, was killed in Woolwich, south-east London in May.

The body of the 25-year-old, from Middleton, will be guarded overnight by members of his regiment ahead of a full military funeral on Friday.

Judith Moritz was in Bury to watch the procession.
