Royal baby: London landmarks turn blue for birth
Landmarks around London have been lit up to mark the birth of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's baby boy.
The BT Tower was emblazoned with the words "it's a boy" while the fountains in Trafalgar Square turned blue.
On the Southbank, the London Eye became red, white and blue to mark the occasion, while nearby Hungerford Bridge was lit up blue.
Earlier, a town crier took the steps to the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital, where the duchess gave birth, to proclaim the news.
