David Miranda: Questions growing over 'terror' detention
British police are being urged to explain why the partner of a journalist was detained for nine hours under terror laws.
David Miranda, the Brazilian partner of Guardian journalist Glen Greenwald, who first published secret American intelligence documents leaked by Edward Snowden, says he was stopped and questioned by "six agents" while passing through Heathrow airport.
A US government spokesman has admitted the administration was given a "heads up" about the case but denied that it was at their request.
