Notting Hill Carnival: Footage 'shows police in dance-off'

Hundreds of thousands of people have attended the second day of Notting Hill Carnival, believed to be Europe's biggest street festival.

This amateur footage appears to show police officers showing their dance moves to an appreciative crowd.
