Food banks: 'I have stolen to eat'

The number of people relying on food banks to survive has tripled over the last year, according to new figures.

Kelly Taylor, 31, - who has been using a food bank in Manchester for nine years - said she has no money left for food after paying her bills.

She told the BBC's Ed Thomas that she has been forced to steal to eat in the past.
