Obesity: Retailers to cut saturated fat levels

A number of major retailers have pledged to cut levels of saturated fat in their products to try to help reduce obesity levels.

The commitment is part of the voluntary "responsibility deal" between industry and government, with supermarket chain Morrisons, Subway and Nestle among the companies which have signed up.

But critics warn that fat is only part of the problem, with sugar consumption among the leading causes of obesity.
