Olympic gold medallist Heather Stanning on Afghanistan

Olympic gold medallist Heather Stanning has just returned from a six month tour of duty in Afghanistan and will now begin to focus her attention on the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.

BBC defence correspondent Caroline Wyatt spoke to Captain Stanning whilst she was in Helmand Province earlier this year.

Caroline asked her how she went from winning a gold medal to serving in Afghanistan.
