UK 'concerned' over Gibraltar incursion

The illegal incursion of a Spanish vessel into Gibraltan waters, was a "provocative" act, the UK government has said.

Foreign Office minister Mark Simmonds told MPs that there were "serious concerns" over the action, but he wanted a positive relationship with Spain.
