'Caravans blown around like toys' in Scotland storm

Scotland, Northern Ireland, and much of eastern England are being battered by high winds and heavy rain.

In Scotland, the entire rail network has been suspended.

The BBC's Laura Bicker in Ayrshire says that she's seen pictures of a caravan site nearby where caravans have been overturned by the force of the winds.
