What is Christmas like for a turkey farmer?

Last year the UK consumed about 10 million turkeys at Christmas - so it is not surprising that the festive season is hardly a time of relaxation for farmer Paul Kelly.

His company supplies free range turkeys to consumers in the UK but also supplies birds for Thanksgiving dinners in the US.

Kelly has been in the turkey business since the age of eight - but despite admitting the profession isn't exactly "cool", he says he still loves it just as much, even during the full-on Christmas rush.
