Life of a teenager who cares for his whole family

For most young people, life revolves around school work and spending time with friends, but for those caring for parents or siblings at home, things are very different.

Earlier this year it was announced that more support would be given to the young carers in England who have to take on those responsibilities, but what is daily life really like for them?

BBC Breakfast's Jenny Hill has been to meet 15-year-old Mitchell, who looks after his mother, father and younger brother.
