Bulgaria warns Cameron over migrant plans

The president of Bulgaria has warned David Cameron that the UK could damage its reputation by limiting EU migrants' access to benefits.

Rosen Plevneliev told the Observer that plans to tighten the rules on immigration could isolate Britain.
