Murray Walker on Schumacher: 'World of F1 in deep shock'

Former F1 commentator Murray Walker says the "world of Formula 1 is in deep shock" at the news that Michael Schumacher is fighting for his life following a skiing accident.

The driver remains in a critical condition in hospital in Grenoble with head injuries suffered on Sunday morning at the resort of Meribel.

The seven-time champion was skiing off-piste with his son when the accident occurred.

Mr Walker told BBC News: "I hope and trust he's going to fight back".
