River Severn swells before reporter's eyes

The Environment Agency has warned that weather conditions in some parts of Britain could be the worst it has seen for five to ten years - with the South West expected to bear the brunt of the storms.

The Met Office has warned of flooding in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Steve Knibbs reports on the flooding from Minsterworth, near Gloucester, where the river Severn has burst its banks.
