PC Rathband inquest: Injured officer's behaviour was 'erratic'

An inquest has opened into the death of PC David Rathband, the police officer who was shot and blinded by gunman Raoul Moat in 2010.

The 43-year-old received support from the public after surviving the incident, but 19 months later he was found dead.

Ed Thomas reports.
