David Cameron on floods: 'We are doing everything we can'

The Prime Minister has visited flood affected areas in Bablock Hythe, near his constituency of Witney.

David Cameron said the government is doing everything it can to help people affected by the floods in Oxfordshire.

He praised West Oxfordshire District Council for getting sandbags out, helping people and coordinating a response.

Whilst reiterating there is always more to be done, Mr Cameron insisted the government is spending more, not less, on flood defences.
