Inquest into what caused Red Arrow pilot's death

The inquest into the death of a Red Arrows pilot has been hearing from the man in charge of the world's leading manufacturer of ejector seats.

Flight Lieutenant Sean Cunningham died when the seat in his Hawk jet fired as he prepared to take off.

He was thrown up to 300ft into the air and fell rapidly when his main parachute did not deploy.
