Sean Turner death: 'Our son should still be alive'

There were "lost opportunities" at children's hospital where Sean Turner, four, died after heart surgery, an inquest has concluded.

Speaking before the narrative verdict emerged, Sean's parents, Steve and Yolanda Turner, told the BBC they felt he would still be alive today had he been treated elsewhere.
