Social media campaign to help toddler with rare cancer

More than 30,000 people have responded to a campaign to try to save the life of a toddler who has a rare form of cancer.

Margot Martini, who is 17 months old, needs a stem cell transplant.

Her parents have used social media to highlight their daughter's case.
